Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable processing fee of 2.1% of the transaction amount + £0.20. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled class or studio hire will be refunded (minus the processing fee). Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund (minus the processing fee). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course or hire are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule (subject to availability). In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class or booking, you will receive a full refund, including the processing fee.
